I'm Brian Williams, a REALTOR® with Move Real Estate. I've lived in Portland for about seventeen years, and I help buyers and sellers across the metro area, from Hillsboro to Troutdale. But I'll go wherever my clients need me!

01My story

From behind a desk to the front door.

For eight years I worked as a mortgage loan originator. Most of that job happened behind a computer, talking with clients by phone and email. I wanted real, face-to-face connections with the people I was helping, so I moved into real estate.

Now I'm in the room for the parts that matter: the first showing, the offer, the inspection walk-through, and the day you get your keys. In 2025, Move Real Estate named me Rookie of the Year, and I've closed 24 homes since January 2025, ranging from $155,000 to $1.45 million.

Coach, dog dad, gym regular.

From 2016 to 2024 I coached high school basketball at Parkrose. Seven seasons of practices and game nights taught me how to get people ready for pressure and how to stay steady when the clock is running.

These days you'll find me in the gym, building community at run clubs, hiking the Gorge, going to sporting events, or being a foodie with friends. Home is me and my dog, Drakeo.

Clients bring up my responsiveness more than anything else. Twelve of my fifteen Zillow reviews mention it. Text me late or early and you'll get a reply.

Straight answers.

If a house has a problem, I'll tell you. If an offer stretches your budget too far, I'll tell you that too, before you sign anything.

The loan side, covered.

I catch loan estimate fees worth questioning, flag underwriting issues early, and keep your lender, title, and escrow on schedule.
